Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1 - Delhi to Haridwar
Pick-up point at Delhi. Board your vehicle from here for a journey to the holy city of Haridwar. You will cover approx 200 km of distance in almost 5 hours.

As you reach Haridwar, check-in at the hotel and take some rest. In the evening, proceed for an enchanting sight of Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Also, visit the Mansa Devi Temple to pay your respects to the goddess.

After dinner, have a restful night at the hotel.

Day 2 - Haridwar to Barkot via Rishikesh & Mussoorie
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and then proceed to Rishikesh, which is a 30-minute drive away. Enjoy attractions like Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and Swarag Ashram in Rishikesh.

From here, take a drive to Barkot via the beautiful hill station of Mussoorie in Uttarakhand. If time permits, you will get to halt at Kempty Falls for a photo-op.

Check-in at the hotel in Barkot after covering approx 205 km in about 8 hours.

Enjoy your dinner and have a restful sleep.

Day 3 - Excursion to Yamunotri Dham
Start your day early! get ready for a short drive of 35 km to Jankichatti. It is the base for your 6 km long Yamunotri trek. If you cannot walk all the way to the temple, you can choose to take a pony, palki or doli. You can take a bath at Jamunabai Kundís warm water before visiting the temple.

Pay your obeisance at the Divya Shila and Yamuna Maa Temple. There is a hot water kund here called Surya Kund. Devotees cook rice in the boiling water of this major hot spring and take it back home as prasad.

After darshan of goddess Yamuna, return to Jankichatti, and drive back to Barkot by evening.

Day 4 - Drive to Harsil
Have your breakfast at the hotel in Barkot, and get ready to drive to Harsil. It is a 180 km journey that would be covered in approx 7 hours.

After reaching Harsil, you can spend the day at your leisure. You can choose to relax at your hotel or can explore this uncharted valley of Uttarakhand. Situated at the height of 2620 meters, Harsil is an unspoiled hill town located on the banks of Bhagirathi (Ganga) River. It has breathtaking natural beauty and salubrious environment. There are many apple orchards here that you can visit. Harsil is known for its apples globally. So, don't forget to taste apples here.

Day 5 - Dharali (Harsil) - Gangotri - Uttarkashi
Today, you will drive to Gangotri after having breakfast and checking out of your hotel in Harsil. In Gangotri, pay homage to goddess Ganga at her 18th-century temple, which is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva. The temple is a marvellous 20-feet high structure made of white granite and was constructed by Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa.

At noon, drive down to Uttarkashi and check into the hotel. Uttarkashi is an important pilgrim centre situated at an elevation of 1150 meters. It is often equated with Kashi (Varanasi).

Proceed for sightseeing in the evening. Witness the Aarti at Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Also, visit Shakti temple.

Day 6 - Drive to Guptkashi / Sitapur
After an early breakfast, you will take a scenic 8-hour journey to Guptkashi/Sitapur. Check in at the hotel on arrival.

Day 7 - Guptkashi / Sitapur - Sonprayag - Kedarnath
At 6:00 am, have an early morning breakfast and check out from the hotel. You will take a short 18 km drive to Sonprayag. Sonprayag is the base for your 20 km pilgrim trek to Kedarnath. Hire a doli or a horse if you wish (charges extra). Pay your respects at the holy temple dedicated to Lord Shiva at Kedarnath. The temple is situated in Himalayan Garhwal Range near Mandakini River. You will hear pilgrims chanting "Jai Bholenath" throughout the trek.

Dinner (Own Cost) and overnight at Govt. Camps/Lodges.

Day 8 - Kedarnath - Sonprayag - Guptkashi / Sitapur
Get up before the dawn, and get ready to witness the 'Abhishek' of Lord Shiva at the Kedarnath temple around 4:45 am. Go inside the Garbha Griha to touch the idol and take blessings. After darshan and puja, return to the Camp/Lodge. Take some rest and then begin your return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles will wait for you in Sonprayag car parking and will drive you to your hotel in Guptkashi / Sitapur / Rampur.

Day 9 - Guptkashi / Sitapur to Badrinath

Have your breakfast and then drive to Badrinath via Ukimath, Chopta and Joshimath. Badrinath has an elevation of 3133 meters above sea level and is one of the most revered pilgrimages in India. It is approx 230 km journey which you will cover in about 8 hours. On arrival in Badrinath, check into your hotel, and then proceed for darshan and Aarti of Lord Badri Vishal.

Day 10 - Badrinath - Rudraprayag - Sri Nagar
Have a holy bath in the Taptkund in Badrinath and proceed for darshan of Lord Badrivishal. You can also explore Mana Village, which is the last Indian village before Tibet border starts. Vyas Gufa, Charan Paduka, Narad Kund, Bhimpul, and Vishnuprayag are some other attractions in Badrinath to visit.

In the afternoon, take a drive to Sri Nagar. Enroute you will visit Rudraprayag. On arrival in Sri Nagar, check into your hotel, have dinner, and take a restful sleep at night. Day 11 - Sri Nagar - Devprayag - Haridwar

After having breakfast, you will drive to Haridwar while visiting Devprayag en-route. Devprayag is the place where you can see the confluence of river Alaknanda and Bhagirathi, eventually becoming river Ganga.

In the afternoon, after reaching Haridwar, check in to the hotel. Visit Har Ki Pauri and Mansa Devi Temple.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12 - Haridwar to Delhi
Have your breakfast at the hotel in Haridwar, and then take a drive back to Delhi.

From Delhi, you can proceed to your respective destination.
